Thirty-five year old Rafa soler Atanet can consider himself one of the main representatives of the national cuisine d'auteur, as well as a valencian gastronomic ambassador. As a pupil of Martín Berasategui, he learnt to value the pure essence of the product and to me aware of every detail, as he has proven in restaurants like the Drolma in Barcelona, orJoël Robuchon’s L’Atelier, in Paris. In this new phase as Audrey’s Ched, Soler arrives full of energy and new proposals to create a menu that will surprize you. Start refining your palate and prepare yourself for a delicious experience. She’s not only one of the most stylish celebrities of all time, but also the one that best represents our values and our way of understanding life. This is why we wanted to pay a small tribute, maintaining alive her appeal on each plate and attempting to seduce our customers with exquisite flavours... almost as much as the beauty of our host.
